At BELLAMI Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all hair extensions that remain in their original, unopened security seal. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened or tampered sets cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Ensure your BELLAMI hair extensions are in their original packaging with the security seal intact and have not been worn or altered.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Ship Item Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, ensuring the original invoice is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
